Finance Department

The finance and accounts department controls all the financial operations of the company.  This department maintains all the record related to sales, purchase, payments, receipts etc.
The department prepares the budget on basis of the demand of products provided by the sales & marketing department and the necessities of the production and HR & A department.  The department is responsible to provide the finances whenever required by the company. This department also controls the stores and Inventories.

This department is centrally computerized. All the vouchers (payments, receipts, journal vouchers, sales vouchers, delivery orders, bills, salaries, overtime etc.) are posted to computer by respective departments.  Computer automatically whenever required generates the required reports. The MIS section is also under finance and accounts department.

Production Department

The production department of Pak Elektron Limited is divided in various sections as per production requirements of different products.  Raw material is received from Stores and production is done and the finished products are again handed over to the stores for onward deliveries.  The production departments prepare production plans as per demand of the products forecasted by sales and marketing department.
The production department is mainly divided in two portions:

  1. Power Division – produces electricity meters, motors, transformers, switchgears etc.
  2. Appliances Division – produces refrigerators, window air conditioners and televisions.
