The Import Department
The import department is basically divided in two portions:

Raw Material Imports – imports raw materials like VCM sheets and compressors for refrigerators and air conditioners. The components of televisions are also imported.

Finished Goods Imports – imports Split air conditioners and Microwave Ovens in finished form.
Imports of raw material are based on the production requirements and the finished goods are imported as per sales and marketing and consumer finance division requirements.
The Sales & Marketing Department
The sales and marketing department is stretched in all the country. This department is responsible to forecast the demand of products, increase the sales of the company and fulfill the requirements of the customers. It also performs all the sales promotion activities and is responsible to recover the amount from company’s debtors.
